Terms of Service

Khazanty is a marketplace connecting independent, verified clothing vendors (“stores”) with buyers in Jordan. Khazanty is not a clothing company and does not make or sell clothing itself — it is an online shopping platform that connects stores with shoppers. Stores list and price their own products; Khazanty facilitates discovery, checkout, payment collection, and delivery coordination. Khazanty is not the seller of the products listed by stores — the sale contract for each order is between you and the store fulfilling it, unless stated otherwise.

• You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to place an order.
• Stores require admin approval before they can list products. Approval can be revoked for policy violations, repeated order-cancellation abuse, or fraud.

• All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). Product prices, delivery fees, and totals are calculated and verified by our systems at checkout, not by what your device sends — the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
• Payment is currently Cash on Delivery. Card payment, when enabled, is processed by a licensed payment gateway on its own secure page; Khazanty never sees or stores your full card details.
• An order is only confirmed once payment is verified (for card) or accepted (for COD) and stock is confirmed available. Listed stock can occasionally run out between browsing and checkout; if that happens, the affected item will not be charged and you'll be notified.
• A single checkout may be split across multiple stores and/or delivery cities; each store fulfils its own portion of the order.

• You may cancel an order before it has shipped, from your Orders page. Once a store marks an order as shipped, cancellation is no longer available — contact the store directly.
• Stores may also cancel an order before shipment (for example, if stock turns out to be unavailable); you will not be charged for a cancelled order.
• Delivery is coordinated by Khazanty delivery captains or the store's own arrangement, to the address you provide. Delivery windows shown are estimates, not guarantees.
• Khazanty does not refund money. If a return is accepted, the outcome is always a replacement item — never cash, and never a reversal to your card.
• You may request a return within 12 hours of receiving your order; the window in force is shown in the app. Every request is reviewed by Khazanty, and no request is approved automatically. Some products cannot be returned at all — for hygiene reasons (underwear, for example), or because the store has marked them non-returnable. That status is shown before you buy and is fixed at the moment of your purchase; a store cannot change it afterwards to refuse a return you were entitled to.
• An accepted return is handled in two steps, in order. First we try to replace the item with a different size of the same product. Only if no suitable size is available may you instead take a credit equal to what you actually paid for the returned item, after any discounts or promotional codes applied at the time. That credit can be spent on any product in the app, from any store — it is not restricted to the store you bought from.
• Credit is not money. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or split across several orders, and it expires with the return it belongs to. It must be used in a single order whose product total is at least the credit amount: you pay the difference for anything above it, and no change, cash, or leftover balance is given if you spend less than the full value. Once a return is approved you have 2 days to place the replacement order; after that the return is void and cannot be reopened.
• Delivery fees on a replacement order are paid by you, exactly as on any other order, and do not count toward the credit amount. A replacement is a genuine additional delivery.
• You must hand the original item to the delivery driver, who checks it before releasing the replacement. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags still attached, and complete. If the item is not handed over, or does not pass that check, the replacement is not released.

• Reviews you post are public and must reflect a genuine experience with that store/product. Reviews are only enabled after a qualifying purchase.
• You agree not to post illegal, harassing, or fraudulent content; impersonate another person or business; attempt to circumvent stock/price checks; or use the platform for anything other than genuine buying or selling of clothing.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

If you register as a store, you additionally agree to: list only products you can genuinely fulfil, at accurate prices and stock levels; not list counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited goods; honour orders placed against your live stock; and respond to buyer messages in good faith. Repeated stock-race errors, undisclosed price changes after ordering, or a high cancellation rate may result in suspension.

The Khazanty name, app, and design are owned by Yousef Qutaiba Abu Hamra & Partners Company General Partnership. Product photos and descriptions are owned by the listing store, which grants Khazanty a licence to display them. Don't copy, scrape, or reuse platform content or another store's listings without permission.

Khazanty is an online shopping platform, not a clothing company. Our responsibility is limited to operating the platform and getting your order to you in the right way — the correct packages, delivered to the address you provided. If a delivery error on our side occurs (for example, you receive another customer's package), contact support@khazanty.com and we will correct it at no extra cost to you.

Khazanty is not responsible for the quality, condition, safety, authenticity, sizing, or legality of products listed by stores, nor for a store's photos, descriptions, or brand claims — those matters are strictly between you and the fulfilling store. Any exchange for such reasons is at your own delivery cost, as described in Section 4.

Khazanty is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by Jordanian law, Khazanty's liability for any claim relating to the platform itself is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the changes. You may stop using Khazanty and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
